Why would I give you free programs if you’re interested in paid coaching?
These are a great starting point, but they aren’t individualized to you and can’t account for all the details that make or break goals. I work with individuals who value coaching.
If all you want is a spreadsheet, we aren’t a good fit anyway. If that’s you, I obviously believe these are good programs. I hope they help and get you where you want to be.
