We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). Fulfillment Policy for Clients
Your subscription will autodraft every other week, on the same day of the week, for example every other Monday.
Occasionally stuff happens – cards get stolen and/or declined for various reasons. If your payment is unable to be processed, you will receive automated messages in Trainerize prompting you to investigate and update your information. Please do so as quickly as possible. Let me know if you’re having difficulties and I’ll work with you. Your subscription will be automatically canceled after 5 days/3 declined payment attempts.
You (the Client) must advise the Personal Trainer at least 24 hours in advance of any session cancellations in order to receive credit for the session and reschedule (if possible). Sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the Personal Trainer, with the training subscription and billing cycle continuing unless cancelled in writing. In the event of an emergency cancellation, sessions may be credited, rescheduled, or forfeited at the discretion of the Personal Trainer.
This subscription is a continuous payment plan and will continue until you (the Client) terminate the agreement in writing. You (the Client) may cancel this subscription in writing at any time. If you (the Client) cancel this subscription in writing while sessions remain during the current billing cycle that have not been completed, no refunds for any uncompleted sessions will be given and the uncompleted sessions may be completed or forfeited at your discretion. At the end of the current billing cycle, the subscription will then expire and not be renewed. At the termination of the subscription and continuous payment plan, you (the Client) will no longer have access to your Trainerize profile.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your level of service or need to cancel for any other reason within the first two weeks for your subscription (IE within the first billing cycle), you must notify the Personal Trainer in writing. You will then receive a full refund. No refunds wills be given after the first two weeks of your subscription has elapsed.
