Training for performance in a tactical job doesn’t have to be complicated, but it needs to be targeted. This program will prepare you for whatever the streets throw at you. It will increase your strength, power, and endurance. It goes beyond the basics of bodybuilding-style programs and trains other aspects of fitness that are essential for anyone in a tactical occupation.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for the police officer or first responder who wants to emphasize strength and power through barbell training. This program builds on the 8 week Tactical Foundations program and is designed to immediately follow it. It can also be done as a stand-alone program if you’ve got some experience with barbell training through a program like Starting Strength, 5/3/1, 5x5, etc.

THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER’S PROGRAM. You will work hard. There are advanced training methods used that aren’t necessary for true beginners. But if you’ve got some gym experience and are ready to take your training seriously, you’re in the right spot.
